Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Nufa account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Nufa and go to the Profile tab.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By request

If you can’t access the app, email undoublednebula@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login (email and authentication record).
• Your profile and language preferences.
• Your synced vocabulary and reading progress.
• Analytics events linked to your account and device.

Books, vocabulary, and quotes stored only on your device are removed when you delete the app or clear them from within it. Subscription billing records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies; cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.

What is kept

We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). These are not used for any other purpose and are deleted when no longer legally required.
